If I were to apply my season parking in the middle of the month, will there be any pro-rate of monthly charges?
• Yes, your monthly charges will be pro-rated based on the number of days utilized in the month and will be adjusted in your invoice during your subsequent payment cycle.
• For example, if you apply for your season parking on 2nd October, you must pay a full month season fee and your season parking is valid from 2nd October to 1st November. The pro-rated amount from 2nd November to 30th November will be due in your next payment cycle on 15th October.

How do I register for a GIRO arrangement?
• The GIRO scheme is an efficient mode of payment that is cashless, and renews your season parking automatically.
• You will need to prepay season parking for 2 months during your initial payment and application as the process may take up to 8 weeks.
• To apply for the GIRO Scheme, simply print the GIRO application form, complete it and mail to:

Upon your bank's approval, we will inform you of the commencement date for GIRO deduction.
• Meanwhile, please continue to settle your payments to us until you are informed of the commencement date for the deduction.

How do I renew my season validity?
• Your season parking is renewed on a calendar month basis, from the 1st to the end of the month.
• For example, if you renew your season parking on 20th June, you must pay a full month season fee and your season parking is valid from 20th June to 19th July. The pro-rated amount from 20th July to 31st August will be due in your next payment cycle on 15th July.
• If you have not renewed your season parking, you will be charged for short-term parking and these charges are not refundable.

When are my payment due dates?
• Our payment due date is the 15th of the preceding calendar month where the season parking period is payable for. For our customers that are on GIRO, the deduction will occur on the due date.
• For customers that are not on GIRO, an email reminder will be sent for payment due on the 12th of the preceding calendar month.
• If you do not make payment for the subsequent month, your season access will be terminated for the subsequent month and you will have to go through the season application process again.

If I were to terminate my season parking in the middle of the month, will there be a pro-rated refund on the unutilised season charges?
• Yes, you can terminate your season parking if you do not need it anymore, and we will refund you the unexpired season parking charges. Requests for a refund must be made prior to the termination, and we will not backdate refunds.
• The amount of season parking charges to be refunded will be calculated from the day after the season parking termination has been processed. If you terminate on the 20th of the month, the refund will be computed from the 21st till the expiry date of the season parking
• Pro-rated season parking cannot be refunded. If you applied for season parking from 13th Mar to 31st May, your refund will only be computed from 1st May.

Can I register more than one vehicle under my season parking permit?
• Yes. Each staff member can register a maximum of two cars per season parking permit.

If I registered two cars for season parking, how will parking fees be applied?
• The first car which enters the campus will be registered under season parking. The second car that enters the campus before the exit of the first car will be charged per minute parking rates.
